These terms cover how the MindKraft website and client portal should be used.
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of MindKraft, including the website, client portal, community features, browser extension, support channels, job-search tools, CV/resume features, application tracking, learning suggestions, interview preparation, and AI-assisted document tools.
By creating an account, clicking to accept, signing in, uploading content, or using MindKraft, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep it updated, and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by MindKraft's own failure to apply reasonable security measures. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
What MindKraft provides
MindKraft helps job seekers organize their job search, build or refine CV/resume information, find or review role matches, tailor application documents, track applications, identify skill gaps, prepare for interviews, and manage support requests from one workspace.
Features may be changed, paused, limited, improved, replaced, or removed as the product evolves. Beta, experimental, AI-assisted, automation, community, and browser-extension features may behave differently from stable features.
No employment, hiring, immigration, or financial guarantee
MindKraft supports job searching and preparation, but it does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary, visa sponsorship, immigration outcomes, employer responses, application success, or career results.
Employers, recruiters, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other third parties make their own decisions. MindKraft is not an employer, recruiter of record, immigration adviser, financial adviser, or agent for any employer unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your profile, CV/resume, cover letters, application materials, community posts, job records, and any other content you submit or approve.
You must review all generated, suggested, extracted, or prepared materials before using them. Do not submit information that is false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, confidential without permission, infringing, malicious, or intended to bypass another service's rules.
AI-assisted outputs
MindKraft may use AI or automated tools to extract text, draft documents, suggest skills, summarize jobs, prepare interview material, classify information, or support admin workflows. AI outputs are drafts and suggestions, not professional advice or verified facts.
You are responsible for checking AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, fairness, and compliance with employer requirements before relying on them. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users, and MindKraft does not promise that any generated material will be unique.
Job listings, external links, and third-party services
MindKraft may surface job links, employer names, role details, job descriptions, learning resources, or other third-party content. This information may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, unavailable, or changed by the source without notice.
When you leave MindKraft, you use third-party sites at your own risk and under their terms and privacy policies. MindKraft is not responsible for employer decisions, job-board content, application forms, external availability, scams on third-party sites, or how third parties handle your information.
Community content and moderation
If community features are available, you may submit tips, comments, experiences, and related content. You grant MindKraft permission to host, display, reproduce, moderate, edit for safety or formatting, remove, and use that content to operate and promote the service.
MindKraft may reject, hide, remove, or limit community content, disable anonymous display, or restrict participation where content appears unsafe, misleading, promotional, private, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse MindKraft, interfere with security, probe or scan systems, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer non-public functionality, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, harass users, overload the service, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
You must not use MindKraft to make discriminatory employment decisions, generate deceptive applications, misrepresent qualifications, harvest personal data, spam employers or users, or violate third-party platform rules.
Your content and license to operate the service
You keep ownership of your CV/resume, profile information, job records, documents, posts, comments, and other content you submit, subject to any rights held by others.
You give MindKraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, copy, display, modify for formatting or technical purposes, transmit, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and maintain the service.
MindKraft materials and intellectual property
MindKraft, including its software, design, branding, workflows, prompts, templates, documentation, generated interface elements, and non-user content, is owned by MindKraft or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to these Terms, MindKraft gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your personal job-search or career-management purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
Privacy, analytics, and safety processing
MindKraft processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you understand that MindKraft may process account data, career content, uploaded documents, application records, support messages, anonymised or aggregated analytics, and limited security events.
Analytics, logging, moderation, and safety processing help us operate the service, protect users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve workflows, and comply with legal obligations.
Plans, pricing, and paid features
MindKraft may offer free, beta, trial, paid, or invite-only features. Availability, limits, usage allowances, feature access, and pricing may vary by account, plan, region, or operational setting.
If paid features are introduced or enabled, payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and invoice terms may be presented separately at checkout or in plan-specific terms. Those additional terms will apply to the paid feature.
Service availability and changes
MindKraft aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access. Maintenance, outages, provider issues, security events, network failures, or legal requirements may affect availability.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any feature or account if needed to protect the service, comply with law, investigate suspected misuse, prevent harm, or manage operational risk.
Disclaimers
MindKraft is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that the service will meet your specific career goals.
Career, CV/resume, cover-letter, interview, skill, and job-search guidance is informational support only. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, mental-health, recruitment, or professional career advice tailored by a regulated adviser.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindKraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, employment outcomes, employer decisions, or third-party conduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MindKraft harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
We will notify you of a claim where reasonably possible and may control the defense or settlement of any matter involving MindKraft.
Termination
You may stop using MindKraft at any time. You may request account deletion through the available contact or account channels, subject to retention needed for legal, security, backup, dispute, or operational reasons.
MindKraft may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, misuse AI or community features, fail to maintain account security, or where continued access would create legal or operational risk.
Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory local law gives you additional rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact MindKraft and try to resolve the issue informally, unless urgent legal action is needed to protect rights, safety, confidential information, or service security.
Changes to these Terms
MindKraft may update these Terms as the service, pricing, analytics, AI features, safety practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date shows when these Terms were most recently revised.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the site, portal, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
