Why we built MindKraft

We know what it’s like to spend hours searching job boards, rewriting a CV, completing the same forms and waiting for replies that never come.

We’ve sent hundreds of applications ourselves and wondered whether anyone was reading them.

The routine we wanted to change

For us, every day started to feel the same:

Where it started

It started with one useful morning email

During our own job search, we built a small tool that sent us a fresh list of relevant opportunities every morning.

Instead of spending hours searching, we could focus on applying to one or two roles that genuinely matched our goals. That small change helped us feel less overwhelmed and much more focused.
