About us and your agreement

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and MIND KRAFT CONSULTANCY LIMITED, a company registered in Scotland under number SC897919. MindKraft is our trading name.

The Terms apply to the website, account and client portal, browser extension, community, job-search tools, CV and document tools, application tracking, career support, AI-assisted features and any service that refers to them. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering a contract and permitted to use the service under applicable law. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent it results from our failure to use reasonable care and skill or cannot lawfully be allocated to you.

03

What MindKraft provides

MindKraft helps work-seekers organise a job search, discover and review possible roles, manage CV or resume information, prepare application documents, track applications, identify skills, prepare for interviews and request professional support.

A feature description explains what is included. Beta, AI, automation, community and browser-extension features may change as we test and improve them.

04

Job-search and work-finding support

Where MindKraft acts to find or try to find work for a work-seeker, it acts as an employment agency introducing candidates for direct engagement by a hirer, unless separate written terms expressly describe a different lawful arrangement. MindKraft is not your employer and does not pay your wages or supply you as a temporary worker under these Terms.

Before we begin a regulated work-finding service, we will agree the applicable written terms of engagement with you and provide any other pre-contract information or key information document required for that arrangement.

MindKraft provides its work-seeker tools and support without asking candidates to pay for finding or trying to find work. Access to job opportunities is not conditional on purchasing another service.

05

Applications submitted with your authority

MindKraft will only submit or materially progress an application in your name where the relevant service and your authority permit it. You must review or approve information where we ask you to do so and remain responsible for confirming that statements made in your name are accurate.

We will pause and ask you to decide questions involving legal declarations, right to work, sponsorship, disability, health, criminal history, equality monitoring, salary commitments or other sensitive matters unless you have supplied a clear, current and lawful instruction.

06

Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of your profile, qualifications, employment history, work authorisation, CV, application answers, documents and other information you submit or approve.

Review generated, extracted or prepared material before using it. Do not provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person, submit confidential information without permission, infringe rights, or ask us to conceal facts that an employer lawfully requires.

07

No employment or immigration guarantee

MindKraft cannot guarantee job availability, interviews, offers, employment, salary, sponsorship, visa or immigration outcomes, employer responses, application success or any particular career result.

Employers and hirers make their own decisions. Information about sponsorship or work authorisation is general and is not immigration or legal advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately authorised professional when needed.

08

AI-assisted features

AI and automated tools may extract information, recommend jobs or skills, draft documents, summarise roles, prepare interview material or support administrative workflows. Outputs may be incomplete, biased, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable.

AI output is a draft, not verified fact or professional advice. You must review it before relying on it or sending it to an employer. MindKraft does not promise generated material will be unique or accepted by an employer or applicant tracking system.

09

Job listings and third-party services

MindKraft may display information or links from employers, recruiters, job boards, applicant tracking systems, learning providers and other third parties. Information may change, expire, be duplicated or contain errors.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, hiring decisions, content, scams or handling of information, although we will take reasonable action where we become aware of a material safety concern.

10

Acceptable use

You must not compromise security, probe non-public systems, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected functionality, upload malware, gain unauthorised access, overload the service, evade usage limits, harass others or use MindKraft unlawfully.

You must not use MindKraft to spam employers, harvest personal information, make unlawful discriminatory decisions, fabricate qualifications, create deceptive applications or breach the rules of an employer, job board or application system.

11

Your content and community contributions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, copy, format, transmit and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and support MindKraft and the features you choose.

For content you choose to publish to the community, the licence also permits moderation and public display. We may reject, edit for formatting or safety, hide or remove content that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, promotional or inconsistent with the community purpose.

12

MindKraft intellectual property

Our software, design, branding, workflows, templates, documentation and non-user content belong to MIND KRAFT CONSULTANCY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service or remove ownership notices without written permission.

13

Availability and service changes

We use reasonable care to provide MindKraft but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider failures, security incidents, network problems or legal requirements may affect access.

We may change or discontinue free or beta features. Where a change materially affects your use of MindKraft, we will provide proportionate notice where practical.

14

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that law does not allow us to limit.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information you provide, an employer's independent decision, a third-party service outside our control, or business losses arising from consumer use.

15

Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using MindKraft and request account deletion at any time.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it.

16

Questions and complaints

Contact us through the website Contact option with the account email and a clear description of the issue. We will try to resolve service complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.

For concerns about employment-agency conduct, consumer rights or personal information, you may also have the right to contact the relevant UK regulator or enforcement body. Privacy complaints are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

17

General contract terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may transfer this agreement as part of a business reorganisation or sale if your rights are not reduced; you may not transfer your account or agreement without our written consent.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for the relevant service. No person other than you and MIND KRAFT CONSULTANCY LIMITED has a right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

18

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, except that a UK consumer may rely on mandatory rights and bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable law permits.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will receive proportionate notice and the date at the top identifies the current version.
